It goes straight to the point to give you the clear definitions, explanation of concepts which otherwise would lose you in the many entangling concepts of law. The cases which are linked to each offense are all described to your understanding of the facts which led to the decision of the courts in reference to each offense. In addition, it gives you an explanation of the elements of the cases and why it was a mistake in the decision (if there was one) or why it was not. That’s just for the concepts as the comprehension of the text.
